Our prices
We have fixed rates for many repairs. For the repairs for which we do not have a fixed repair rate, we first provide a quotation in advance.
If, after receiving the quotation, you decide to cancel the repair, we will charge you research costs in addition to the transport or call-out costs. The amount of the research costs differs per product.
Diagnosis costs
If, after a thorough diagnosis of your defective device, we provide you with a quotation, and you decide not to repair it, we will charge you the following research costs.
The amount of the research costs depends on the product. If we cannot repair your device, we will of course not charge you any research costs. If we have not found a complaint after extensive testing of your device (no-fault-found), we will also charge the research costs.

Transportation costs
Of course we do not do transport ourselves. We have made good agreements with reliable parties for the transport of your device. With workshops in Leiden, Amsterdam and The Hague you can of course always decide to bring the device yourself.
Call-out charges
We have a nationwide network of field service technicians in the Benelux. Our technicians prefer to work in the region where they live. They will receive the necessary parts for your repair in the service car at night.
