Retention periods

Confidentiality & disclosure to third parties

We treat your personal data confidentially. We do not provide the personal data that we collect via our website to third parties for the direct marketing purposes of these parties. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless you have given prior permission for this, this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement or we may or must do so on the basis of the law or the agreement. to do.

This information must necessarily be submitted in order to register a repair at all with the manufacturer in order to qualify for an exchange program or obtain parts to be replaced during repair. This data is usually used for the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction surveys about the work performed by Microfix.

To claim a manufacturer’s warranty under European consumer law (extended warranty), manufacturers often also require that a copy of the product’s purchase receipt be provided.
We only provide the necessary address details for the collection and/or sending of products via transport or courier services.

Agreements have been concluded with parties that process personal data in addition to the product-specific data in the context of the GDPR legislation in order to guarantee your privacy.
